You shouldn't have to chase a photo booth company for a certificate of insurance three weeks out. We send ours at contract signing.
COI at signing, not on request
The moment a couple books, your venue gets the certificate — free, always. Deer Valley requires licensure and a COI 60 days before the event date; you will have ours long before that.

Power, specifically: one standard 120V outlet within 25 feet is all we need. No Utah venue we have surveyed publishes booth-level electrical specifications, so tell us what is actually reachable from the booth position and we will plan around it rather than discovering it on the day.

We don't pay for referrals and we don't expect to be paid for ours. Recommend us only if we earn it.
We tear down quietly
After guests leave, inside your strike window, with nothing fixed to a wall and the floor as we found it.
