How much space does the booth need?
Plan on about 8×8 ft with 8 ft of ceiling clearance for the backdrop, plus a standard outlet within 25 feet. If your venue is tight, tell us and we'll bring the compact backdrop stand.
Do you handle the venue's insurance paperwork?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and we'll send a certificate naming your venue as additional insured, usually within one business day. Most Utah venues require this and it's the single most common thing couples forget.
What does self-serve mean on The Essential?
We arrive early, set up, style the props, test every function, and leave the booth running with clear on-screen instructions. Guests tap the screen, pose, and their photos are shared instantly. We come back after your event to tear down. If you'd rather have someone there to keep the line moving, that's The Signature.
Which packages include printed photos?
Prints come with The Platinum: 250 are included in the package, and anything beyond that is 20 cents a print. The Essential and The Signature are digital — photos, GIFs and boomerangs delivered instantly to your guests' phones and collected in a private online gallery.
Can guests get their photos the same night?
Always. Every package includes instant digital sharing plus a gallery link your guests can browse from the dance floor.
We have a ring ceremony and a separate reception. Can you cover both?
Very common in Utah. We can hold the booth between events at our idle rate, or set up fresh at the second location. Tell us both timelines and we'll build the quote around them.
How far in advance should we book?
Roughly three-quarters of Utah weddings happen between May and October, and those Saturdays fill months out. We only take one event per booth per day, so the date is genuinely gone once it's gone.
What's the deposit and when is the balance due?
A deposit and a signed agreement reserve your date. The balance is due before your event. We take card and ACH.
Do you travel outside Utah County?
Yes. Travel within Utah County is included; anywhere further is quoted on mileage. Get in touch and we'll give you the number up front rather than adding it to the invoice later.
Is the booth alcohol-free-reception friendly?
Completely, and we design for it. At dry receptions the booth is often the main entertainment after dinner — which is exactly why an attendant and a well-styled backdrop are worth it.
Do you offer photography as well as the booth?
The booth is Finch. Full wedding photography and film is Capture It LLC — same team. Couples who book both get a bundle discount and only coordinate with one person.
